Creating an Appointment Calendar

I am trying to create an appointment calendar for my small office. I want the ability to schedule clients for multiple days by simply filling in a form. Very similar to a "recurring meeting" in outlook. i would also like to imbed a yearly calendar on the side of the document so I can click on any day of the year and I would be able to see who is coming in and on what time.

I would use outlook for all of this but I do want to use the reporting functions of excel along with the formulas.

Does anyone have a template for something like this or begin help me create this with tips.

Creating the daily appointment with times is easy, but I do not know how to link that to a calendar, and have 365 individual ones at that.

I very much appreciate your posts and links, but I believe you might have slightly misunderstood. I know how to create a calendar and use a template to create a calendar, but what I would like to do is if I click on any day in that calendar, an appointment sheet will come open similar to the second link you posted. so if I needed to schedule a client to come in every Monday and tuesday for 2 months, I simply click on those days and it brings me to an appointment calendar to enter that information.

I have posted a similar pic of what im looking for below. Notice the calendar on the right. I would like to have it where I click on any date and a new schedule for that day pops up on the left. Also, i would like to set recurring appointments for clients. So if I put them down for tuesday, I can automatically schedule them for every tuesday at the same time for x number of weeks.
