    Re: Conditional Formatting

You have 2 values in columns J and K... they should be separated out as column J are not dates...they are text strings...

After you individualized, see attached for conditions... check them.

    Re: Conditional Formatting

Your previous code wasn't referring to J3 or K3, was it? If so it was giving you the "false" impression of working....I think.

In these codes approaching dates are mentioned in red color but I want them in yellow color. I want to see them as red when the today> Termin cells

    Re: Conditional Formatting

    Here are the conditions :

    For F3 cell:
=F3<=today()+11 is correct for yellow color

    If F3=< G3 = Green
    If F3 >G3 = Red
    If F3 > Today() = Red

    For H3 cell :
=H3<=today()+11 is correct for yellow color but you have changed my codes, please do not change, I need to use multiple info in one cell and then compare the dates. My codes were working. I don't know the english writing of the function name there so I can not explain it to you...

    If H3 =< J3 and K3 =Y Then H3 should seem as green.(Ok on due time)
If H3 > J3 and K3 =Y Then H3 should seem as red (Ok given not on time, delayed)
If H3 > J3 and K3 =N Then H3 should seem as red. (Ok not given yet, delayed...)
If H3> Today() = Red color

    Hope this clarifies..

    Re: Conditional Formatting

I need you to specifically tell me all conditions that must be met for each color and for each of F3 and H3...

What you have now is not what you were describing in this thread til now.

    Re: Conditional Formatting

Each comment is different... are we applying different conditional formats for each cell in column F? and for column H?

    Not making sense...

You need to restate here all conditions that apply... the conditional formats you have include references to parts of cells J and K (so I assume you want the last date and last Y/N from those cells to be checked?

    This is confusing...

Also, I see a reference to G3="vd okay" is G3 a date or text string or either?

These all must be clarified to continue...

I mentioned all the possibilities in each row but of course I want only one cell meet with all conditions. As you see except the first row all cells are working with same code..

Yes this need to be there. When the next column includes "vd okay" text the cell should become green.

For you these all have been prepared and I just only you to seperate the code from red color(which was showing red if we have 0-10 days to termin) to yellow color that's all...
I want to see Yellow color if I have 0-10 days to termin while all other conditions were working.. That's all
