Calculating Number of Workers per Half Hour

I have attached a worksheet in which the input is the shift details and number of workers in each shift. I would like to convert this to number of workers every half hour as shown in the output portion of this worksheet (I have shown it for only one day). I have two months of such data and doing it manually is not possible. Can you guys help with a formula based approach/VBA approach to solve this problem? Thanks a lot.
