    Same values showing on graph

I produce a monthly line graph showing a number of train services and their performance in respect of arrivals and departures. This is shown as a percentage. The problem I have is quite often there are two or three with the same value, but on the graph only one line shows. Is there a way to make all the lines appear next to each other (like a rainbow effect), so that
there are no hidden lines. Thanks Kevin

Re: Same values showing on graph

    Hi

you'll probably have to massage the data a bit so that the lines don't overlap.

Say you had three values at 60%, you could manipulate the first one to be 59%, keep the second value at 60% and manipulate the third to be 61%

Depending on the scale of the chart you might need to add more or less to make the lines distinguishable.

Without seeing your data, it's a bit hard to tell. Also, if you show the data labels, the manipulated data will be a bit misleading, but there may be ways around that.

If you want to post a workbook I can look into it further.

    cheers
