Accounting reconciliation - need formula for matching unique identifiers

Looking for a formula that will, within 1 or multiple spreadsheets, allow for 2 sets of data with common number to be matched line to line.

Customer has pay data, dates, and company's unique code for each record. Would like to match my data using the unique code to identify records with a match or lack thereof.

    Thank you!
