Dropdown Menu Data no longer visible...

    and other dropdown list questions.

I found an old schedule that I would like to reuse and it has dropdown boxes for movie ratings i.e. G, PG, R etc. However, when you click on the dropdown arrow nothing shows up in the listing? I'm not familiar with this sort of thing so I don't know where to look to fix it. Can anyone help? The ratings that should be listed are: NR, G, PG, PG-13 and R. (Bookings Schedule)

Also, I have another template I was hoping to add a few dropdown menus to, but I'm not sure where to begin. I can attach that sheet as well. (Trailer Sheet).

If it's easy to add a simple dropdown box any help would be greatly appreciated. For example on the Trailer Log Sheet I also have a section for Ratings that I would like to have a menu list available.

    Thanks in advance.

    Tricia

    Thanks Jimmy!

Is it hard to do the drop down menus? Because I need to do a few more on the Trailer Sheet, the only problem is that one of the lists is one I may need to add more information down the road.

For Example, I have a Film Company section which I wanted to add all the current Companies, i.e. Warner Bros., Paramount etc. but there is quite a long list and I don't have all that information so I would need to be able to add them as I go.

Would you be able to give me a little tutorial on how you did the menu for the Trailer Sheet?

Thanks for the help so far!

    Hi

It quite easy to do them, infact it would probably take longer to write down a tutorial than actually do them for you.

I have found a tutorial that will give you a step by step guide.

    tutorial

If you still can't get your head round it, just post back here with what you want and i will sort it for you.

    Regards
    Jim
