Graph data labels

I have a table of data it contains names, calls completed and a % calls completed in sla.
I then need to put this into a graph showing the various percentages (easy i hear you cry) However the complicated part is i then need the calls completed added as a data lable above the percentages and i need them to auto update

data example below
bill 65 100%
Bob 33 100%
Jim 431 100%
