formula to shorten if need be

hi guys i am using this formula to look in a sheet for a cell then return that value from a different sheets column

    the trouble is
    it may look up bolton
but the column may have bolton wanderers so its returning the answer zero

is there anyway it could look this up

there could be other teams where this applies
