    solve Formatting problem

Hi I am Naveen from Germany.. I am presently workin here and i have a major problem with excel. My company requires me to have an Excel sheet which comprises of all the details of orders etc. but the problem is that they have the data stored in the net in a CSV file. now a CSV file is a Comma Separated Value file where all the data is entered in a single file separated with a comma.. i think so.. anyways, the problem arises when i open this CSV file in Excel format, all the column width are arranged close and the enter column values are not there. but hiden. then i click all the rows and column in the corner and double click the column width then it becomes alright. again when i save it, i am not able to save in the same format.. if anyone can help me, i can even send the file so that you can understand better, i would really appreciate anyones help here.. i really need one.. thank you..
    Naveen
