Hi Guys,
I am working with a sheet of charts (bar charts) which display data.
there are 5 graphs in total and all 5 give information with Date as the X axis (ie graph 1 = 1st - 7th of the month, graph 2 = 8th - 14th etc) there are about 50 bars of data per day.
Every month I need to log the data on these charts as well as other inormation on the spreadsheet.
In excel 2007, I right click the sheet which contains the charts, Copy them to a new workbook, then click Data - Edit links - Break Links.
The chart looks fine but when I close it and reopen it the chart has been changed, There is missing info from last day on each chart (7th, 14th, 24th, 28th) about half a day's worth of data has been deleted from the last day and tro account for this the remaining week's data has been stretched to fill the chart area, meaning everything has been offset from the labels by about half a day.
This only happens after i close the workbook and reopen it.
I have attached 2 screenshots, one of the correct graph and one of the incorrect one after reopening.
Please help guys, I would ideally like to keep these as charts and not paste them onto my sheet as images.
Many Thanks in advance for any suggestions
F
