Bar Chart - Unable to format axis to words

I am trying to create a bar chart (0% to 100%) in which the axis should have names instead of the %.

I want the bar in the chart to present any possible results from 0% to 100%, like for example 78%, but with fixed names associated to the vertical grid lines. Example: "Very bad" for 0%, "Bad" for 25%, "Suficient" for 50%, "Good" for 75% and "Great for 100%.

So far I was only able to put all vertical grid lines with only one text, like "Very bad", in the format axis / number / custom option.

Most probably this is tremendously easy, but so far I am unable to find the solution.

    Could you help me?

    Thanks in advance
