I am attempting to take a census of people that were in my shop on the hour (3 pm, 4 pm, 5 pm...etc.). I have the date/time they entered and the date/time they exited. The attached formula is working until 12 am when the exit date changes (again, see attached; you can see the abnormal drop-off).
Any help would be much appreciated. I have gone blurry eyed with this...

Since you are rolling over to the next day, you'll have to alter your approach slightly. For the times from midnight to 6am change add 1/24 (or one hour to the times you have displayed.
In cell T1 you can use the formula:
to add one hour to your 23:00 time. Drag the formula out to the 06:00 time.
