excel to automatically filter a table and display in different sheet

    Hi

I have a table of jobs and i would like to know how to run a macro so that excel automatically displays the jobs which are not complete in a seperate sheet. Which gives me the work in progress.

The incomplete jobs are unmarked in the complete/incomplete column.

Is it possible to do this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Hi,

this sounds suitable for Advanced Filter. You find it in Data - Filter - Advanced Filter.
The Excel Help Files have some good explanations on how it works.

You basically have a few empty rows above your table, and enter your filter criteria into one of these empty cells. Depending on how the Advanced Filter is set up, your filtered list can appear in a separate sheet in the workbook.
