YTD sales to goals Pivot Table

I am new to pivot tables. Anyone interested in helping. I have attached the short version of my data. Basically, I need a table that reports:
1. weekly totals by rep, by dept
2. monthly totals by rep, by dept
3. qtrly totals./...
4. YTD totals...

I also would like to add weekly/monthly/annual goals...by depot, rep, total company. I have also attached a copy of what my report looks like just using a simple excel spreadsheet to help identify what I am looking for. (be sure to scroll to the bottom)
Thank you!Data 1.xlsx0408.2.xlsx

Lyn, this is a great place to come for answers, and there was no suggestion that you intentionally broke any rules. The reason threads need a good, decsriptive titel, is to give us some idea of what you are looking for. There are 1000's of posts, and not every1 has the time to open a thread to see what the poster needs to achieve, so many just look at the title, and if they cant help based on whatthe title says, they move on to the next thread.

Hope this helps?
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools
3. Click on the star if you think someone helped you

@FDibbins
I think the OP went away mad. (I didn't think the title was all that bad, though.)
I noticed that you need to edit your signature - point 3 - because there's no "little scale" anymore.
