extract, copy and present for leave calendar

    Hi everyone,

I have had a bit of a search around on the net and can't seem to find out the best way to solve my problem. Any assistance/ideas are greatly appreciated!!

Ok So I have a Leave calendar for a team of about 35 people which saves as CSV format. It has fields like Employee name, Employee ID, Leave Start Date, Leave End date and absence Code (other field are prob not relevent). It is messy and I would like to present it neatly and graphically to the team - leave will update every month or so - so i need to create something that can be used to search the csv report when it is updated/changed.

From this I would like to present some sort of calendar that displays the team members down the left side and has the days of the year in calnder format showing when each member is on leave and the tpye of leave they are on (from the absence code - ie, PUB - public holiday, ANN - annual leave.

I am stumped. Can someone please help me out or point me to an application that may be a miracle and do it for me or something similar

    Thanks again!!!
