Copying a list of names without duplicates

I'm building a reporting tool and need a way to copy a dynamic list of company names (changes daily) and return all unique occurances without duplicates. Thanks in advance for the help.

    Select the list..
Click on Data --> Filter --> Advance Filter...

    in the Advance Filter window...

at the bottom you will find :unique record only check box.. check it... and it will give you unique record which you can copy and use it in another place.

So to do this dynamically I would need to create a macro for this process and run it after each data download?

That's how I would do it. If you record a macro of you doing it manually, then edit the macro to make sure the "range" is large enough to cover any range of data you might receive, then it would be ready to use on-demand.
