Converting soft page breaks into hard page breaks across all worksheets

I have a file that has about 400 sheets in it, some of which are 2 or more pages. The pages on all of these sheets are divided currently by soft page breaks (dotted line). In order for my copy of Adobe to use the page breaks I want, they need to be hard page breaks (solid line). Is there a macro or a function that I can use to convert all the soft page breaks (dotted line) across multiple sheets into hard page breaks (solid line)?
