    insert excel sheet into Word

    i am trying to move excel data using the insert object. prior to inserting te sheet i made sure it was going to fit one page (portrait) however when i move it to word the formatting does not take and all my info does not fit on an 8.5 x 11 portait..,any advice??? thanks
