Finding the modal value of a word in a set of filtered data

Hi guys,

Just a quickie (I hope!). I have an autofiltered set of data which has a row containing a reason code, E.G. "Bruised", "Small", "Small Buds" etc.. What I want to be able to do is find the most commonly occuring one in my filtered data. I think this is possible but I have no idea at all how!

Any help greatly appreciated
