Exclamation merging slightly different lists together

    I have two lists.

The first list with peoples names and which county and state they are from including street address. In this list, the peoples names are in one cell, first name "space" (sometimes middle Initial) last name.

The second list has the city and zip code and the peoples name with the peoples names separated into first name, middle initial, last name.

There are just under a thousand entries in each list. and some of the names are missing from each list, so its not a straight copy/paste approach (though I wish it were)

How do I efficiently merge these two lists so that the city's and zip codes merge into the first list according to the person's name? Or, am I stuck figuring out which zipcode goes where on my lonesome?

With situations like this there are almost always SOME items you have to do manually. But a bit of it can be automated with some concatenation comparisons. Post up some clear examples showing the hurdles to overcome.
