    How to move entire doc?

    I just created about 700 rows and I left something our at the very top in cell 1. How can I move everything down one cell without doingall that work again?

    Select all the cells you want to move down.
    Point your cursor over the topmost cell until it becomes 4 arrows pointing in all four directions.
    Then click and drag the cells down.

    To insert an entire new row at top you can also select row 1 and go to Insert|Rows
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
