Problem with IF statement (too many arguments)

Here's the original code which worked except when F4 or E4 where blank.

to solve for the blank EF/E4 problem I added an IF command but it doesn't work. Can anyone see why my code doesn't work?

Excel says there's too many arguments. The number 2 in Turquoise seems to be presenting the problem which I think was included for the rounding. Where should I place that instead if that is what is causing the problem.

formula is fixed as far as syntax goes.

You need one more closing parethesis before that ,2 to close of the IF((F4<E4).. condition
Where there is a will there are many ways.
