how to create a url, dependent on the lookup value

hello!


Now, if I have a formula that returns values (lookup).
the result may be "test 1", "test2" and "test 3"

Now, dependent on the 1,2,3 I want to make a hyperlink (URL) tat goes to different addresses.

ex; Test 1 -URL-> sheet 2
Test 2 -URL-> sheet 3
Test 3 -URL-> sheet 4
