    Time (clock) times a number

I have a start time in one column, end time in another and a column with the difference between the two.
In another column I have profit. In the last column I have profit per hour where I divide the profit by the hours, but since one is hours and the other is a number it gives me an error.

    Can anyone suggest a solution?

What kind of error do you get?.. if you enter something like 8:00 AM start time and 12:00 PM end time and the difference being 4:00 hours (or 0.166666667
), with Profit of, say, 25 then you won't get an error... you get 150 (25/0.166666667
    ).
Where there is a will there are many ways.

Maybe easiest way to provide solution would be to upload an example

Oh boy, I can't believe it was so simple. I must be very tired or something, because I spent a long time trying to figure this one out. I had the profit per hour configured as time and it should of course just be a number. I figured this out while making an example to upload, so I guess I got the help I needed.
Thank you and sorry for taking up your time with this.
