i am not a professional in Macros. so i need some favor from u guys. now i am going to prepare a excel worbook as a Hotel billing software. i already created a file. in this file Sheet1 is billing home page. in this sheet we have to enter only to two coloum (Coloum b for Item code & D for QTY). rest of cell will be automatically filled according to Coloum B and D inputs. in this sheet i like to change the bill number automatically. how can i change? in this sheet i put two macro button but i didnt put any comonds becoz i am not familar in macros.
one button i mentioned "Save and Print" once i press this button i have to get print out of this bill and i want to save this bill details in another sheet (sales master) as per our requirements.
Second Button: "Next" Once i press this button i have to go clear all old bills outputs in Sheet1 and i want automatically changeing in bill number.
Third button : "Edit-save-print"- this button is only for editing the existing bill. so once i press this button it have to give me permisson for editing the bill and after tat print out and it have to edit in another sheet data (sales master)

A Column for Bill date of Sheet one,
B Column for Bill no of sheet one
C Column for Item of sheet one
D Column for Qty of sheet one
E Column for Total Of sheet one
