adding custom filter button to a cell

Can someone guide me on adding the code for a button I am creating. I have a range of cells F$:F$ and I want there to be an option for this cell in the worksheet the user can quickly click to show only blank cells or view all. I know there is the advanced filter option but they only want to choose to see only blank values or none, not have to choose from the list identified when I use the automatic filter option..

I was going to do a macro but find a problem with the users now allowing macros. I guess I just need to stress that they need to allow macros. Thank you.
