    Time function

    I am doing a equation

    My machine is producing a material @ 120 kg per hours speed. To calculate the time utilized to produce 90 kgs material I give this formula:

    =90/120
    Result = 0.75

    but i want this results in minutes i.e. 45.

    Any function is there except to multify by 60.

    Thanks

    Shubhkaran

    Re: Time function

    Result (e.g. B1) * 60 is the simplest but you can multiply cell where is number of materials to produce...

    =60*K5/K6

    Re: Time function

    alternatively to get 0.75 in terms of Time format divide the result by 24

    =(90/120)/24

    Format result cell to: [mm]:ss
