Change X axis to Y axis and vice-versa

Dear xperts

I created a chart where y-axis contains month and x-axis contain delay of trucks, i want to change the axis with x= month and y= delay
i already tried transpose

I have attach the file
see i have not a ready made data but usually i have to face this type of problem for all chart type that i cant change the axis from x to y and y to x
pls help
