Excel 2007 : How do I use "=if" if I have 2 criteria

I have 3 columns in my spreadsheet. Column A either says "Letter or Potential Letter". Column B has $. Column C is blank currently. I would like to insert an "x" into column C if Column A says "Letter" and Column B is less than $125,000. Thoughts?
