Excel Flicker

Hi, new to the forum here.

I have a user that is working between two excel sheets. As he flicks between them you can see the sheet flicker ever so quickly. It can also make the text in the cells disappear when changing between the sheets.

The text is still in the cell because if you click in it then you can see the text at the top. It usually re-displays after a two or three clicks.

As you can imagine this gets pretty annoying. I have just thought about the filters. Is there anything else that may cause this?
