    Today Statement ignoring blank

    Hi, I have a simple question please.

    I'm trying to figure out if an employee is in probation period or not. I have this formula in S3
    =IF(TODAY()-R3>90, "No", "Yes")
    I need to leave S3 empty if no value in R3 (R3 contain hiring date)

    Can someone help please? Thanks

    =IF(R3="","",IF(TODAY()-R3>90, "No", "Yes"))
    Where there is a will there are many ways.
