Search or Find a specific worksheet tab with workbook

I have over 200 worksheets within 1 workbook, is there a way to search or find a specific worksheet by its name? I've tried the find option, clicked search in workbook but it only searched cells within the different worksheets of the workbook and not the title (tabs) of the worksheets.

    Welcome to the forum.

If you Google excel create sheet index you'll find many examples. All require VBA.

I think a nice way to navagate large workbooks is using the first page as a table of contents using Hyperlinks. highlight a cell and go to insert - hyperlink - place in this document and name your link. You have developed such a large workbook its time to organize it maybe make it pretty. Months are popular but it could be anything.

Thank you! My actual file is divided up by different sections for a township and then each block within that section is broken down. The only way to make the larger workbooks smaller is to divide each block down further and I really don't want to do that. I know its ver cumbersome but eventually I will have many links to each worksheet within my 145 different workbooks. Thanks again, I appreciate your help.
