Find and sort duplicates

I would like to sort out a list of options. You can see me example at

I don't know if this should be a function in the sheet or a macro.
Pretty much want to look at and CONCATENATE the 1st 3 columns and drop out any duplicates. May results should look like cloumns G & H

After concatenating the first three columns I could not find any duplicate entries. all the concatenated values are unique.

Do you mean there would be more entries in Column 1 to Column 3 and after concatenating you would like to delete all the duplicate concatenated entries and this unique entry would be pasted in Column G with Column H having the price for that entry. However If there are duplicate entries then what value should Column H take??

the value in column A & B & D for row 2 & 3 are equal. Drop and delete row 3. CONCATENATE A2, B2, C2.
