    IF formula help

    Ok I have an if formula in my spread sheet currently that figures run hours. if the actual run hours are less than .2 it enters .2, if they are greater they enter the actual time. Is there a way that I can adjust the formula so if run hours equals 0 it will enter 0 and the above can stay the same. Here is a copy of the current formula:

    =IF(D6/($B$11*60)>=0.2,D6/($B$11*60),0.2)

    If it can't be done any suggestions on how to get it accomplished? Thanks in advance.

    Re: IF formula help

    You can add another IF around the current one...

    =IF(D6/($B$11*60)=0,0,IF(D6/($B$11*60)>=0.2,D6/($B$11*60),0.2))
    Where there is a will there are many ways.

    Re: IF formula help

    Or try this:

    =IF(D6>0;MAX(D6/($B$11*60);0,2);0)

    (replace ; with , if needed)
