Calculating MPH from distance and time.

Hello all, I have made another worksheet to keep track of my running. I collect steps, time in hours and minutes which is added for a total time in minutes, and distance. I am trying to figure my miles per hour from the distance and time, but I get the number .05 from 3.44 miles in 1 hour and 8 minutes. How can I get this number to display right?

I am using MPH=distance/time; Am I wrong on this one?
