Need Multiple Text Filters in Pivot table

I have a table like this

Country State Cities sales
USA AL xxxx 12000
USA AL XYYY 20000
USA AL PZZZ 30000
USA AL QPPP 40000
USA AL Xppp 20000
USA AL PZZZ 30000
USA AL QPPP 40000


I need to create a pivot table that shows sales for cities that start with "X" or start with "P". So my pivot table should show like this

Cities sales

xxxx 12000
XYYY 20000
PZZZ 30000
Xppp 20000
PZZZ 30000

Any ideas ? Any way I can create a Label Filter in Pivot table like the following

Field with a label filter - "Begins" "with" "X" OR "P"

I Am able to set only one like "Begins with X", but How can I set the other with OR ? I tried in the last input in label filter like this - Begins With X OR P / X,P / X;P and none worked
