How to set a cell to read from a graph

I currently have an XY scatter graph which has been plotted; I also have a table consisting of two columns (one for X and one for Y) underneath.

What I would like to know is, if you were to type in an X value into a cell in the first column, is it possible to set the cell next to it in the second column to read from the graph and input the corrosponding Y value into the cell.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    -Thanks.
