Grouping log in times into 15 minute intervals

I have been given the task of finding out who logs in at what time of the day.

I have attached the raw data that I have to work with.

In essence I need to see how many login's there were for 06.00 - 10.00 at 15 minute intervals e.g:

    06:00 - 5 Logins
    06:15 - 1 Logins
    06:30 - 3 Logins
    06:45 - 11 Logins
    etc

    Has anyone got any suggestions?

A Pivot Table is ideally suited to this kind of task.

Note your Dates & Times are not true numeric values... they are numbers stored as text so it may be better in the long run to a Text to Columns conversion on both columns to coerce to numerics.

Before creating a pivot i find that if you use a nearest match vlookup then pivot the data it helps.

FLOOR can be very handy ... it has an opposite also aptly named CEILING ... and then within the ATP there's also the MROUND function... all three can come in handy (though the latter is normally avoided given it's non-standard and requires ATP activation)
