    Merge data from two worksheets and delete duplicate records?

    I am looking for some assistance with merging data from two different worksheets. I have two worksheets with employee contact info but the employee info is different on each worksheet except for first and last name. I want to merge all the data together so there is only one worksheet. Not all employees are included on each list so in the resulting worksheet there will be rows that have missing information. Does anyone have a solution to automate this? I have attached the two worksheets.List of All Somerset Employees.xlsxSomerset Phone List.xlsx

    Just create a heading from both the sheets what you need. Open two files and then just apply Hlookup

    I have tried it and it is working. where your cell value is blank u will get 0. Please find attachment.
