Repeat Rows AND Columns not just one of the two

I have a large sheet that I am converting from monthly into annual data using a series of sumif calls from the monthly worksheet into the annual worksheet.

The main monthly worksheet is horizontally oriented, so year one is in column b, year two is in column c, and so on.

I have a title on the first page found in row 1 and I have row headings within column A...is there a way to have both the title and row headings repeat on each page using the Page Set up dialogue box? Can a Pivot Table do this for me?

Any and all help is much appreciated.

See yellow banner with instructions on how to attach a sample workbook.

    Attached is a sample workbook.

I am looking for both the row headings and title to repeat on each page.

I'm not sure whether this is meeting your needs, but Ribbon > Page Layout > Print titles > Rows to repeat at top > set to $1:$2.

This will repeat the top two rows but only if you are in Page layout mode or if you print the worksheet.

EDIT: Alternatively, if you're just looking to be able to scroll down the sheet and keep the top two rows in view, then with A3 selected:
Ribbon > View > Freeze Panes > Freeze panes

Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, I am looking to be able to have both rows 1 & 2, as well as columns A & B, repeat on each page because I am ultimately looking to be able to print the pages on the worksheet (which eliminates the idea of using Freeze panes)
