How To: Use Pivot Table to Calculate Percentage of YES in specific Column

Hello everyome; thank you for taking your time to check out this problem.

Im a intermediate excel user, been playing with pivot charts. If im using numbers I can make the pivot chart do alot of things, but using the words YES and NO, i just cant figure out.

    I have an Excel Sheet.
    Basically Looks like:

    MEDICAL OFFICE | Region | YEAR & QUARTER | PCP/S |Met Standard?

Under Met Standard there will be a YES or a no.

Now i need to organize the pivot chart in such a way that I can basically see
PER Office what the Percentage of YES Are for a specific appointment type.

    Hi

The attached file provides the data for the 2 types of data (Inc weekends and Without Weekends) in the form of 2 Pivot Tables.

You should be able to produce whatever charts you want from this data.

Note, there are 2 sepratate Pivot Caches for teh 2 PT's.
They are Dynamic Ranges Data1 and Data2, both pointing at the same data source.
In order to make the file small enough to upload, both PT's have been saved without the Pivot Cache.

Right click on PT>Table Options>Data options>uncheck Save data with table layout
