We use Excel where I work to make a lot of blank forms (templates) for people to use. Since switching from Excel 2003 to 2007, however, we've had a lot of problems. The 2 main ones are:

1. Someone at one of our sites is trying to print a form he just completed for a client, one that he has used successfully in the past that was created in Excel 2003. Now, however, while the form appears "whole" on his screen, when he does a Print Preview or actually prints the document (just 1 page), most of the middle part of the page is completely blank. The headings don't appear, nor do the text boxes that he completed.

When he emailed the document to me, it worked fine on my computer and printed fine. I tried saving it as an Excel 2007 file and emailing it back to him, but nothing helped.

2. Another huge problem is similar - when I create forms, they look fine on my computer and some others, but some users open them up to find out that the entire right edge of each page has spilled over to the blank page to the right, and prints out like that! We thought it may be a because of different printer drivers (mine is different from pretty much the rest of the agency's), and went to the Page Setup window and changed the "Scaling from Adjust to 100%" to "Fit to 1 page wide by 1 page tall." This helped some people, but not others!

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide!
