    Formula producing inconsistent results

    Hello

I need to have the value in collumn M equal 6% of the value in collumn E if the value in collumn G is equal to zero.

Also once collumn I is equal to 0 I need collumn G to be deducted by the amount in collumn M until it reaches 0, whil also growing at 6%.

    Thanks.

I am not 100% sure this will help, but try going to Tools|Options and in the Calculation tab check Iteration checkbox.. click Ok
Where there is a will there are many ways.

I tried that, it didnt seem to help. I have the iteration option on. It seems like something is the values as it approaches zero is screwing things up. I dont know if maybe there is some small fraction left that is technically making it not equal to zero?

Maybe try reposting show expected results and how/why you arrived at them.
