    Hi

I'm in the office now so don't have access to my xl2007, but I have attached an example in 2003 format.

I suggest you build a pivot table of the data.
Add task to the rows, date to the columns.
Use a caclulated field for the data (choose sum)
The calculated field should be =Duration*1440

Then build a conventional chart from the pivot table. Jon Peltier has an article here: http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/P...cle.asp?ID=553

Sure, but instructions will be different for xl2007.

Select the data segment of the pivot table
On the pivot table toolbar go to Formulas > Calculated Field
Type in a name for your new field (e.g. Minutes)
    Formula: =Duration * 1440
    Click Add > Ok

See microsofts article on it here: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/ex...CH010004401033
