    #REF Issues

Problem is I have is I have an Excel 2003 work book that has over 65 work sheets, majority of them build up costs for individual type electrical panels. Within this workbook I have a summary sheet that just shows certain figures over the 60 worksheets.

Problem I have is I want the ability to delete and replace a worksheet without if causing a #REF on the summary sheet.

i.e. simple formula on summary ='(worksheet name)'!$K$14 delete a worksheet replace with another identical worksheet different figures and I get a #REF on the summary sheet.

Basically is there a way to totally lock a formula irrespective of what’s happening to worksheets contained in that formula.

Hope it makes sense and look forward to your comments.

    Re: #REF Issues

    Try something like...

    =IF(ISERR(INDIRECT("'Sheet2'!K14")),"",INDIRECT("'Sheet2'!K14"))
