List Box & Adjacent Cell issue.

    Hi again,

I have been scouring the Forums for more on the below thought - looking to adapt something that would fit the bill - it's probably staring me in the face but at the moment I just can't "see" it.

Is it possible to have a list box that not only places that entry in the cell but also places another value in another cell.

If so - what steps could I follow to accomplish this?

I am sorry that this is so short but I've had problems at my end of the Post for my last 3 attempts.

Many thanks for the great knowledge base that I've fed off for a while now.

You could have the adjacent cell work from a vlookup... is that an option for your application?

    Thanks for the reply.

I have been looking up things along those lines but I'm not all that proficient with them, still I'll try it - if you have any points that I need to bear in mind that would help me no-end.

    Many thanks

I tried your suggestion and it worked a treat. Thanks for the help. Another question that follows on from that - Is it possible to look down a column for a specific list of values and then return those values and a corresponding value in the same row but to the Left? I understand that VLookup only works to the Right. It must be possible but unsure where to start.
