More than one condition for a sum formula

    Hi all,

I am trying to sum values from a rante of cell in another file [or better be in another file] based on two conditions. One included in column and other one in rows. I've tried using sum product but this results in an error....see attached file.

    Any ideas....

    Thanks

copied across and down the table

the first condition was not enclosed in it's own set of brackets....

    Thanks.

I see the error in the sample spreadsheet and it works fine in the sample file. But in the actual spreadsheet it's returning with #N/A?

I have tried to copy / paste the values in target spreadsheet [where the values are that needs to be sum] since this is essentially an down load from the system....

    Any ideas....

Enter a 1 somewhere outside table and copy it... go to Edit Paste Special and select Multiply.

It worked now: My previous attempt was a little longer.. but I doubt that was the problem...
