    Moving cells and deleting

    Please see image

I need to move the data in the cells that are one below everything else up so that all the data is on one line
then I need to delete every other blank row after I have moved the data up

    Thanks

    Re: Moving cells and deleting

This basic consolidation macro is aimed at column C. Just change all those "C" references to the column you need and run it.

    How to use the macro:

    1. Open up your workbook
    2. Get into VB Editor (Press Alt+F11)
    3. Insert a new module (Insert > Module)
    4. Copy and Paste in your code (given above)
    5. Get out of VBA (Press Alt+Q)
    6. Save your sheet

The macro is installed and ready to use from the Alt-F8 macro list.
