    calculate date automatically.

    Hi,

    no reason to add the years with such a complicated formula. Just add their retirement age to their birthday like this for row 5 and copy down:

    =DATE(YEAR(D5)+C5,MONTH(D5),DAY(D5))

    Write below formula in Cell D17 and drag it down ....

    D17=IF(E6="yes",D6,"")

    H17=IF(E6="NO",H6,"")
