I am getting frustrated with the Text to Columns Wizard. After using it once on a spreadsheet, it continues to opperate whenever I paste.
Is there a way to stop it from automatically converting text to columns when I paste?

I've only done rudimentary macros. Where do I keep Personal.xls so it is available?

If you ever want to do the same manually... once you've run the TtC - rerun TtC on one cell and un-check the settings you used before and click Finish...
This feature bugs me too! I for one don't really like it when XL tries to be "helpful"
